Welcome to AirFilters.my by Sambungan Murni Sdn Bhd ("SM"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AirFilters.my website and your purchase of products from SM.
By placing an order through AirFilters.my, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Orders
All orders placed through AirFilters.my are subject to product availability and acceptance by SM. An order is considered accepted when SM confirms the order or otherwise proceeds with fulfilment. SM reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing, product availability, technical or other material error, subject to applicable law. Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount paid will be refunded.
2. Product Information
SM endeavours to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information displayed on AirFilters.my are accurate and up to date. Minor differences in product appearance, packaging, images or specifications may occur where applicable. Product specifications and availability may change from time to time. Any such changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on AirFilters.my are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing or system error. Payment is processed through our appointed third-party payment service provider. SM does not store your full payment card details on our website.
4. Customer Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the name, contact details, delivery address and other information provided when placing an order are accurate and complete. SM shall not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

We arrange delivery to addresses within Malaysia only. Delivery timeframes provided at the time of purchase are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, logistical issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds after purchase, except where required by applicable law or under the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms. Any product defect or warranty-related issue must be dealt with in accordance with the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms and procedures.
